the only thing i like is that money transfers within the country/bank accounts are indeed instant

Terrible customer support, i feel like talking to a mental institution with them and they are not trustworthy with money transfers. I created international money transfer (from my existing template) on April 13, 2024. The transfer still has not arrived to the recipient bank, today is April 30, 2024. The transfer was supposed to be complete on April 15, 2024. Every time I call or come to a bank all employees behave as if I owe them something and they literally told me it is not my place to tell them how fast my request should be resolved. It is normal for them to speak so disrespectfully to customers and interrupt and never answer questions. The most common answer I got from raiffesen\'s employees is \"I don\'t know\". I have been sending money internationally for 9 years now on a regular basis, and the only 2 times that i have ever had any issues or delays was with Raiffesein CZ. They deducted my money on April 14, 2024 and the bank recipient never received any money or info about this transfer. Every time I speak to customer support they are rude and useless and they told me they have 14 days to review my complaint, then they said it\'s actually 30 days. In my opinion, it is theft. They also suggested for me to make a refund of the transfer and pay them another 500 czk to get MY money back.
